The material provided online in any from – websites, social media, etc. is for informational and educational purposes only. Attendees to events understand that some material presented may be ‘triggering’ to them. Under no circumstances are the opinions expressed here or by speakers at any events intended to represent legal or professional advice. In no event shall Ivory Garden Corporation, any related firm or any of its agents, suppliers, affiliates and/or their respective directors, managing members and employees be liable to any person or organization for any decision made or action taken in reliance upon the information provided herein.

Event attendees and speakers agree: that there will be no ‘therapy’ or other such professional services allowed to be provided during any event provided by or hosted by Ivory Garden Corp. Advertisement of any ‘group’, business, company, corporation other than Ivory Garden programs, events, and affiliates will not be allowed except by those who have exhibit tables during conferences. Speakers and presenters represent themselves and their personal organization, but not another for which they may be a member. During conferences, there will be a ‘general table’ where approved fliers and cards can be placed. Bashing, flaming, or disrespect of any participants, speaker, or other agencies is prohibited previous to and during any event and reason for attendee(s)/participant(s) to be asked to leave the conference and/or removed from agenda/attendance without refund and at the sole discretion of Ivory Garden Board of Directors.
The speakers listed on our events agreed to participate in the ‘Trauma and Dissociation Conference’. However, speaker itineraries are subject to change without notice. By registering you understand and agree that the final speaker roster may be different than those speakers listed at the time of your registration. In the rare event the 2016 Trauma and Dissociation Conference is cancelled or rescheduled, registration fees will be refunded and registrants agree to hold the Trauma and Dissociation and Ivory Garden Corp harmless from any travel reservations (or other expenses) they have incurred that become non-refundable.
Professional Conduct: The registrant agrees to conduct his/herself in a cordial manner. Any registrant who creates a disturbance; is disrespectful to any other registrant, any member of Ivory Garden Corp, its speakers and attendees, exhibitors, volunteers or staff will not be tolerated. Conference staff reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to investigate any complaint and to dismiss any registrant found to have violated the Code of Professional Conduct without refund of registration and/or submission fees or expenses. You, the Attendee, alone are responsible and accountable for your decisions, behaviors, actions and the results in your business and in your personal life, and by your participation in all events and participation on forums, you agree not to attempt to hold us liable for any decisions, behaviors, actions or results that you make or experience in your business or in your personal life due to your participation under any circumstance. Ivory Garden Corporation reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse to accept or to retain any person as a registrant of the Event, at any time in its sole discretion
Members of the Press: Members of the press who present valid press credentials may receive complimentary press registrations. To register as press, please contact Pat Goodwin, President, Ivory Garden, email@example.com. The validity of press credentials shall be determined by Ivory Garden Board of Directors, in its sole discretion.

Any unauthorized use or distribution of these proprietary concepts, materials, and intellectual property by you or your representatives is prohibited and legal action will be pursued and full damages if these terms are violated in order to protect its rights.
Adult Content: During events and while participating on forums, several adult topics will be discussed. Participants under the age of 13 years old should not attend. If you are uncomfortable with a topic, please do not attend. You are always welcome to leave workshops/presentations at any time. There will be ‘safe’ people/places within the conference to talk to whenever you feel the need.
Audio/Visual Rules and Release: Attendees of events and/or participants on forums may not, under any circumstance, use any type of recording device to capture the information provided. No recording devices, photography, copying or videography equipment is allowed. You do not have permission, unless otherwise granted, to copy handouts and distribute them.
Liability Waiver: As the willing Attendee of events and/or participant on forums, you hereby accept all risk to your health and of injury or death that may result from participating and, hereby release Ivory Garden, its officers, employees, interns, contractors, sponsors and representatives from any and all liability to you, your personal representatives, estate, heirs, next of kin, and assigns for any and all claims and causes of action for loss of or damage to your property and for any and all illness or injury to person, including death, that may result from or occur during participation, whether caused by negligence of Ivory Garden Corporation, its governing board, officers, employees, or representatives, or otherwise. You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ivory Garden Corporation and any third-party company from liability for the injury or death of any person(s) and damage to property that may result from your negligent or intentional act or omission while attending and participating. Under no circumstances will the Ivory Garden Corporation or their assigns be held liable for your injury or death or any loss or damage of your personal belongings resulting from participation. Should you require emergency medical treatment as a result of accident or illness arising during attendance and participation, you consent to such treatment. You acknowledge and agree to be financially responsible for any medical or legal bills that may be incurred as a result of emergency medical treatment. You will notify us verbally and in writing if you are at any time injured prior to, during, or after the event in your travels or attendance, or if you have medical conditions about which emergency medical personnel should be informed; however, you do understand that Ivory Garden Corporation is not legally obligated to act on that information in any way or to providing any medical service whatsoever to you. You agree that if you have any medical or psychological conditions that may hamper you from fully and healthfully participating in the event that you will notify Ivory Garden agents/Board of Directors in writing and that they retain the right to ask that you not participate in portions of or the entirety of the event.
Personal/Company Ideology: Ivory Garden Nonprofit Corporation, its programs, affiliate, agents, and members understand and adhere to the Mission Statement and objectives of the the corporation doing business in the State of Washington. Any otherwise construed notion of ‘company ideology’ will be recognized as a violation to the ‘Professional Conduct’ as well as infringement of terms of service and this disclaimer. Mission and Goals:
Ivory Garden is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit charitable organization which provides programs and resources that support survivors and those who support survivors of childhood trauma, as well as raising public and professional awareness of the effects of childhood trauma:
1). Provide international forums, and chat rooms where folks who live with the effects of childhood trauma, as well as families, friends, mental health professionals, educators and other supporters can meet, share experiences, and find valid resources in safe and respectful environments.
2). Provide educational materials and opportunities to survivors of childhood trauma in order to further understand and promote healing.
3) Provide educational opportunities to those who support survivors of childhood trauma including: family, friends, mental health professionals, educators, and other interested parties.
4). Provide other needed services in support of the Mission, as determined by the Board of Directors of Ivory Garden.
